Residential Foundation

A builder was adding an extension to a client's house, the builder hired A&C to excavate the soil down to the existing basement footings to create a new storage room. We installed a new foundation, and the area was capped with structural steel and concrete. Once completed, the drain tile was reinstalled. A new beam was put in place, and the existing stanchions were relocated.
