How we began
Our Milestones: A Legacy of Excellence in Excavation and Development
Year 1 – The Start of The Owner's Journey
Our story began with the founder’s passion for heavy equipment trucking and hauling of construction materials, providing reliable transportation and delivery services for various construction projects.
Year 5 – Expanding Services
As demand grew, he expanded into site preparation and wastewater fields, providing essential groundwork for residential and commercial developments, ensuring proper foundation support and utility systems.
Year 10 – Mastering Land Balancing
He was introduced to land balancing services, specializing in grading and leveling land to ensure optimal use for construction, agriculture, and development. This marked a significant expansion in his knowledge base that has expanded our service offerings.
Year 15 – Building Communities
His expertise grew to include lake & pond construction and residential and neighborhood development prep. Which helped create sustainable communities by designing and building private lakes, ponds, and residential developments that blend seamlessly with nature.
Year 20 – Leading in Commercial Services
The owner expanded further into commercial site preparation and the installation of underground utilities, supporting a wide range of commercial developments. His experience in large-scale projects and infrastructure work became a defining part of our portfolio.
Year 25 – From Design to Build
He solidified our expertise in commercial build site preparation, offering full design-to-build services. He began overseeing projects from the initial design phase through to full execution, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.
Year 30 – Industrial Expertise
With further experience he ventured into industrial site work, including building construction and complex industrial contracting services. His work expanded to large-scale manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and other industrial spaces, adding depth and variety to our portfolio.
Year 30+ – Full-Service Industrial Contracting
Today, he continues to provide industrial contracting services across a range of sectors, working with clients to bring their visions to life, from initial groundwork to the completion of large industrial and commercial facilities.
